Veterinary Surgical Specialist, a busy surgical referral center in Tampa, is seeking a Certified veterinary technician with at least two years background in a busy practice or an on- the- job- trained technician with at least five years background in a veterinary hospital. The position may be for full-time or part-time employment. Candidates considered for the position must be able to work well with clients , teammates, supervisors and administrators. In addition, candidates must be able to work competently at a fast pace throughout the day and lift up to 45 pounds. independently. Candidates must be proficient with anesthetic protocols and be competent at monitoring post operative patients.
