An investigator is part of a team that researches high volumes of customer orders for fraud and payment risk plus investigates credit card chargebacks. The job necessitates being a confident, collaborative, and dedicated fraud investigations professional. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Research pending orders for potential fraud risk in a time sensitive manner and in accordance with the company risk tolerance rules * Work with a well-known cloud based fraud and risk rule system plus other tools to perform verification of orders, guarding against identity theft, account takeover, family fraud, delinquency risk, and other identified problems * Perform thorough research in complex customer fraud account situations, effectively handling all follow up documentation
