Assistant Property Manager (Winfield) - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Winfield Apartments, managed by Security Properties residential, has an opening for an experienced assistant manager. The assistant property manager is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations of the apartment community. You will assist with rent collections and posting of rent payments, managing resident delinquencies, evictions and legal notices and performing pre-close and closeout accounting. You are important!!!! Background with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and rules is preferred but not required. Additional qualifications for this position include a min of 1yrs background in the apartment industry. Knowledge of OneSite is a plus. A high-school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal and writing skills, patience and a positive personality, a valid drivers license, and proof of automobile insurance are necessary. We are seeking applicants who demonstrate strong leadership abilities, management skills and financial and analytical abilities.
