Property Manager - (Greenacres, WA)

Professional property management company has an opening for a Property Manager for an apartment community located in Spokane Valley, WA. The Property Manager plays the key role in all day-to-day operations of an apartment community, maximizing the propertys net operating income and ensuring optimal performance of the property. You will supervise a team, and will be responsible for effectively manage leasing, resident services, maintenance, expense control, revenue enhancements, reporting, and compliance, among other duties. Your leadership will be critical in the propertys success. Qualifications for this position include a min of 2 yrs property management experience. Tax credit and Section eight background is required. Qualifications also include a high-school degree or equivalent, good verbal and written correspondence background, valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance.
