San Antonio, TX Position details The In Home Consultant is responsible for growing sales through onsite and over-the-phone move consultations and consistently adhering to all 2 MEN AND A TRUCK system standards and procedures to provide excellent customer service. Job qualifications * - Promote and protect the 2 MEN AND A TRUCK brand and ensure delivery of excellent customer service * - Ask open-ended, probing questions to determine customer qualifications and expectations * - Provide professional and accurate move consultations by selling all products and services to best provide for the needs of the customer * - Directly and accurately input details in to "Movers Who Care" software * - File supporting documentation * - Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled * - Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost
