Hospitality & Tourism: Client Care Liaison- Luxury retail boutique - Boston - (Boston, MA)

Indique is an internationally known hair extension brand with retail boutiques, partner stylists and distributors across the world. We are looking for a Client Care Liaison to work in our Boston boutique. Position assignments include but are not limited to the following: * Providing an exceptional client background * Assistance with inventory management * Participation in boutique marketing outreach on a weekly basis * Providing coverage for other boutique locations as needed * A min of 3 yrs Retail and/or Client Service background * Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, especially Ms word, Microsoft excel and Outlook * Familiarity with POS * Expertise to operate independently and in a team seamlessly * Expertise to learn quickly and multi task in a quick paced environment * Strong people skills in dealing with peers
