Director of Sales Operations at Invuity Position details: The Director of Sales Operations will be a key member of the commercial team, with a primary focus on supporting the customer facing roles and internal stakeholders. This position will support the sales strategy by providing actionable data analysis and reporting, as well developing, implementing, interpreting key sales productivity and performance metrics and analytics, administering the CRM, incentive plans, and other processes such as master data management, sales rankings, territory alignments, etc. This position will perform data analysis and present findings on a regular basis. In addition, the Director will perform support activities as needed for the development, implementation, and communication of all sales reporting, quotas, incentive programs, and policies. This position will also help in the collection, analysis and reporting of key commercial related data in an ongoing effort to increase business productivity.
