Activities: *** Identify and optimize safe, expandable synthetic routes focused on reliability, manufacturability and product quality. *** Scale-up processes from bench level to kilo lab and manufacturing plant facilities. *** Maintain awareness of API reactions and impurities during scale-up experiments. *** Use Organic Synthesis software such as CAOS to assist in process and product optimization. *** Ensure cGMP quality and safety standards are met.
