Corporate Quality Manager (178824-846) - (Grass Lake, MI)

The Corporate Quality Manager is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and improving NA CA Quality systems. This will be done by providing technical support (training and facilitating) to company staff and plants to ensure compliance to internal and external customer qualifications, with emphasis on continuous improvement in product quality, cost and customer satisfaction. The manager will support the North American Clean Air business units and be responsible for all customer warranty programs. In addition, this position will be responsible for follow up and corrective action coordination of all customer related quality issues, with close communication with TAs external customer quality personnel. Training and Developing: * Provide training in quality systems and related areas such as APQP, BOS, Issue solving, Statistical Process Control, Gage R, Error Proofing and DOE * Lead and organize formal/informal issue solving in areas of quality, scrap, process capability, warranty, etc.
