Loan Collateral Review Specialist - (Salt Lake City, UT)

Are you an expert in title examination and loan closures and looking to expand your skills? We are looking for a loan reviewer to evaluate, record and approve collateral documents for our client loans! You will act as liaison between counties, title companies, DMV's, customers and more to ensure all required documentation is received and you will interpret the details provided. During your title searches you will work with the loan operations team and your clients to verify the proper lien position is obtained and submit any follow up documentation that might be required.
