Order Administrator II - Sales Operations - (American Fork, UT)

Enters new domestic and international orders, expedites orders, tracks, performs telephone support, monitors contract commitments, and processes returns. Maintains customer files and tracks order status. Reviews orders for correct price, part number, and quantity. Regularly produces or assists with production of sales reports. Responsibilites: * Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedure to complete assigned tasks. Post Sales (tech support, repair and calibration) * Performs contract review on incoming service POs, contracts, etc ensuring all a qualifications are provided as necessary to perform work in customer service center. * Communicates with customers to ensure all customer qualifications are met. * Provide quality responses regarding product availability, status and delivery of customer orders. * Act as an info source on customer service issues, taking and placing * calls and emails as needed * Normally follows established procedures on routine work.
