Global Project Engineering Manager - (Greenville, TX)

This role is designed to lead the global project engineering activities for Composite Materials Global Business Unit and will be based in Greenville, TX There are 4 main responsibilities associated with the position: * Coordination of project resources and priorities within the GBU * Leadership, development and mentoring of direct reports (Project Managers and Project Engineers) * Drive consistency in project development and execution through adherence to standards, capital best practices and GBU processes * Liaison representing Composite Materials with the GEC Industrial Function on large projects, capital forecasts and process adherence This is a position of influence and will require significant coordination across operational and functional organizations. People involved will have both a direct reporting line to the incumbent or several major functional groups. Internal interfaces include site engineering and operations teams, Plant Management, R, Technical Service, Commercial and Senior GBU leadership.
