Your tasks will include: * Approaches and listens to the customer at all times in order to provide in-depth product knowledge, refer customers to the specialized selling team, and build longterm trust. * Offers IKEA Family and the IKEA Credit Card to all visitors in order to build loyalty and customer relationships. * Understands the needs of the customers Life at Home and shares this knowledge with customers and colleagues. * Offers customers the appropriate service products available in IKEA in order to help customers make informed choices, which results in a better "one stop" shopping background and supports the customer with the same knowledge in any channel they decide to purchase. * Uses knowledge of both the product and the solutions offered by IKEAs multichannel organization so that customers leave with a positive impression.
