Contracts Manager - (Tullahoma, TN)

This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO for the IRES Contract. * Responsible for cradle to grave government contractsadministration with background supporting Missile Defense Agency; communicate effectively and multi-task with both internal and external clients in a high energy,quick turn-around environment. * Interact with all project functional such as technicalstaff, project control, finance, pricing, billing department and procurementorganizations. * Identify unique terms for Non-Disclosure Agreements,Teaming Agreements, OCI situations. * Organize and communicate negotiation results to seniormanagement and ensure legal adequacy. * Maintains working expertise of relevant contractualprocedures and practices. BA or BS degree in theappropriate discipline from an accredited college or university, plus ten (10)to thirteen (13) years of progressive and relevant background.
