CMHP Technical Manager of Strategy and Special Projects - (Shelton, CT)

Position description : The Strategy and Special Projects Technical Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing technical projects that promote business sustainability and growth. Key focus areas will be efficient operation of CH148 fleet aircraft in Canada and new business development. This individual will be required to collaborate together with the Acquisition and In Service Support Technical Mangers to develop the metrics needed to identify design and process improvements. The next step is to lead the implementation of selected projects and process improvements that will result in increased program revenue and EBIT. This individual will be responsible for developing technical roadmaps, marketing presentations and input to internal / external media. Canada is planning multiple technical enhancements to the CH148 and the applicant must be capable of leading the development of the technical solution, executable plan and submission of proposals to Canada.
