Description The Director will be responsible for delivering strongfinancial results through the development of a sales strategy and salesmanagement. The position will require the development of key metrics to drivesales performance and analysis of business performance data that will enablebusiness decisions. This individualwill develop and execute a customer-driven business plan that will result incustomer & colleague satisfaction through the service background, deliveringoperational efficiencies, and building a revenue stream through salesactivities. * Assists in the development and execution ofthe overall sales strategy for the Commercial Banking division. * Develops and executes the overall salesstrategy for an assigned region. * Drives increased profitability through thedevelopment of metrics and analysis that will enable cross sell efforts toincrease market share and retention of Commercial Banking portfolio.
