Project Manager - Business Process & Initiatives Implementation - (Manhattan, NY)

PRI01891 Job Overview: The Project Manager, Implementation is responsible to execute the definition, training, implementation and performance metrics of both process and systems at Macys and Macys Private Brands to support efficient and effective product development and growth of new business strategies. This position reports directly into the Director of Business Process and Initiatives (BPI) Implementation. Perform other duties as assigned. Critical functions: * Accountable for developing materials and training on new processes and systems. * Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop effective solutions to address them. * Analyze and develop action plans based on metric results. * Use independent judgment to support the strategic vision within the area, implement new process and directives (where applicable), consistently communicate progress towards goals and objectives.
