Responsibilities: * Plan and manage overall parts functions within assigned organization to ensure max profitability for the company in providing service to customers and enhance total sales for the company. * Monitor expenditures to ensure effective and efficient utilization of available personnel, fiscal, and capital resources. * Make directional changes to achieve the Top 25% dealer standard in Dealer Excellence and other KPI (Key Performance Indicators) measurements including Gallup and Customer Value Survey.
