TEAM SALES DEPARTMENT EVENING SUPERVISOR POSITION OVERVIEW: Support our team business for all sports within Sports Endeavors. This division will lead our goal to be the #1 uniform supplier in the US. Our team sales department focuses on growing sales by providing world class legendary service to our team customers. In our email and phone conversations, we seek to drive sales through accurate, professional, and competitive quoting, faithful quotation follow-up, expert product knowledge, building of strong rapport with clients, and delivering on our commitments. The Team Sales Lead should both enjoy and thrive in the competitive nature of capturing the sale while functioning as a leader and sales performance driver of our front-line staff. The Team Sales Lead builds customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service through the coaching and development of our team sales and service agents.
