Currently, were looking for an Estimator who has retail construction background (Coach, Prada, Nike, Christian Dior, Zara, etc.) and/or ground-up construction to join our team in Garden City!Whats In It for You- Up to $85k (DOE)- Health BenefitsWhat You Need for this Position- Recent background as an estimator- Background with retail construction projects - Background with ground-up construction projects (Huge Plus)- Background with bidding - 4yr educational degree (Plus)- Familiar with Ms office applicationsWhat You Will Be Doing- Prepare overall corporate estimating functions- Prepare weekly bid calendar and ensures timely completion of estimates- Recommend what projects to bid, strategies, techniques, etc.
