Production Operator 2 - 1st shift with Security Clearance - (Rolling Meadows, IL)

The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Production Operator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at our Rolling Meadows, IL facility. RF manufacturing organization builds various products for military applications. The manufacturing environment requires attention to detail, precision and quality. The assembly position utilizes a variety of equipment and hand tools to assemble highly sensitive electronic apparatus. The characteristics of the position will require use of microscope, torque tools and soldering skills. Must have the expertise to follow build diagrams, engineering drawings, visual aids and or verbal instruction with high precision. Production Operator in this position will perform mechanical and electrical assembly. Work will consist of repetitive assembly of customer's products. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of in house ESD, FOD and solder training / certification..
