Critical functions: * Detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures, industry practices, construction standards, welding procedures, and OSHA rules and regulations. * Manage the daily activities, roles, and responsibilities of contract construction inspectors so projects are completed successfully and objectives are achieved. * Responsible for construction activities being compliant with the appropriate standards, procedures, policies, and regulations. * Effectively manage the bid process, selection of contractors, and the use of service providers to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with the policies and procedures. * Manage productive and cooperative working relationships with other departments so project qualifications are met. * Good communication and management expertise. * Construction knowledge of pigging, dehydration plants, field compression, separation, tank battery facilities. * Construction knowledge of pipeline repair and installation of new pipelines.
