Northrop Grumman is seeking an Internal Technical Trainer 2, familiar with designing, scheduling, delivering, and tracking technical training for an IT program. The perfect candidate will help establish, update, and maintain, training and educational modules for focused agile software engineering teams. This position is on Offutt AFB. Responsible for providing train-the-trainer type program; Partners with Software Leadership Team to develop training materials and create area standard operation procedures (SOP's). Keeps abreast of training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. * General frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
