Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Key Duties - Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards. - Implements & coordinates the culinary function. - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers. - Manages catering & retail areas. - Customer & Client satisfaction. - Manages food & physical safety programs. Sodexo is seeking a high performing Executive Chef two to utilize highly creative and extensive culinary background for the 350 licensed bed Billings Clinic in Billings Montana. Reporting to our Operations Manager or General manager, the Executive Chef will lead the culinary team and will plan, organize and manage the daily food production in the hospital. Assignments include: - Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
