Executive Chef 1 - (Brentwood, TN)

Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution Key Duties -Executes the culinary function -Customer & Client satisfaction -Manages food & physical safety program. Sodexo Corporate Services North America is seeking an experienced Executive Chef one for our premier client in Brentwood, Tennessee. The successful applicant will have direct oversight of a unit where Sodexo provides breakfast and lunch service to a building population of about 1300, as well as vending and both casual and upscale catering. The Executive Chef will lead a small team of twelve frontline employees. This position supports all facets of daily culinary production including all daily retail and catering production, deployment of wellness strategies, and overseeing the development of kitchen employees.
