Human Resources Manager - (Charlotte, NC)
This position will provide HR consultation to support the company strategy by aligning people with business decisions working in both a union and non-union environment. Must demonstrate the expertise to partner both internally and externally to drive programs as they relate to human capital. A solid knowledge of all functional areas of HR which includes performance management, succession planning, compensation, rewards and recognition, employee relations, compliance and talent acquisition. Detailed Description - Partner with HR colleagues and business unit leadership on the talent review and succession planning processes including identification of high potentials and development opportunities which includes special projects, lateral and upward movement. - Conduct training on performance management, HR procedures, staffing, orientation, new manager, leader assimilations and other human capital programs.
