Parsons extensive background combined with your people management expertise, including interviewing, hiring and employee relations. At this level, our Specialists are typically assigned within a single area of specialty or as a TM generalist for a medium-size organizational unit or a project location. In this role, you provide guidance to employees and managers on a wide variety of Talent Management (TM) issues. In this role you must be proficient in applying relevant TM principles, company policies, and practices to complete a wide variety of difficult and complex assignments. In addition, must demonstrate a thorough understanding of laws and regulations relevant to assigned area of responsibility.
