Human Resources: Director of Human Resources - Bellevue, Washington - (Bellevue, WA)

The Director of Human Resources--- foremost role is to strategically serve as an HR business partner providing senior level employee relations management, developing HR programs that attract, develop, motivate, and retain highly skilled associates and to collaborate with Company divisions to further the strategic goals of the organization. This role guides executives on personal and team development while managing the development and implementation of HR programs and strategy. The HR Director may oversee 1 or more functional HR areas (Employee Relations/Talent Acquisition/Compensation/Benefits/HRIS/Learning & Development) and reports directly to the Chief Talent Officer (CTO). Executive business partner Provide executive level HRBP support to include senior level employee relations management, personal and team development, and executive coaching with tools like Hogan, Booth, and/or Insights. Ensure accurate and compelling communication of HR programs to business leaders and employees.
