CEI Senior Project Engineer - Road & Bridge Construction & Inspection - Pensacola and/or Panama City, Florida PARSONS, 1 of the world's largest engineering/construction/construction management firms, has an immediate opening for a CEI Senior Project Engineer in the Pensacola and/or Panama City, Florida area. Opportunity : The successful applicant will lead and direct the Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) teams on projects in Pensacola and/or Panama City, Florida. Responsibilities : Responsible for overall contract management, administration and coordination of CEI services on highway and bridge projects of a diverse and complex nature. Full technical responsibility for interpreting plans and specifications, as well as organizing, executing and coordinating construction engineering and inspection assignments. Responsible for monitoring construction schedules and assigning staff to determine that the contractor's activities are inspected and tested in accordance with contract documents.
