Service Excellence Project Coordinator - Service Excellence (Full Time - Days) - (Sacramento, CA)

The aim of the Service Excellence (SE) Project Coordinator is to manage daily project operations and coordinate logistics and resources for SMF and SIP Service Excellence projects, which includes project initiatives, intensive coaching engagements, training programs and the SMF Patient-Family Advisory Council program. The Service Excellence Project Coordinator is expected to design project implementation plans, manage timelines, resources and logistics, organize the project's participants and stakeholders, monitor progress, report project milestones and ensure deliverables are met. This position supports the functions of the SMF Service Excellence Regional Director and the Service Excellence department members (7 to eleven FTE), as needed. The SE Project Coordinator's activities impact departments and care centers throughout all of SMF and SIP independent practices and involves a wide span of stakeholders, clinicians and leaders.
