Trial Attorney, Insurance Defense (Yonkers, NY) As a Trial Attorney within our house counsel organization, you will be a member of our insurance defense litigation team, providing legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to the Progressive Insurance Companies before courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation. Handling your own cases from beginning to end, you will also prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlements. You will work together with our customers and claims team to ensure all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes.
