We Offer Credit Suisse is seeking an attorney who will be part of our U.S. Bank Regulatory team. Core responsibilities include but not be limited to p roviding U.S. bank regulatory advice to Credit Suisse's businesses and entities in connection with all aspects of Credit Suisse's operations, with particular focus on post-crisis 'too-big-to-fail' and capital regulations. The incumbent can be based in either Raleigh, NC or Manhattan, NY. You Offer 8-10+ years of legal background with a large corporation, law firm, government agency or court. Strong current understanding of existing and new banking regulations including the Dodd-Frank Act, Bank Holding Company Act, Federal Reserve's regulations K, Q, Y, W, YY and resolution plan regulations, New York Banking Law and DFS regulations, OCC regulations and interpretations, and Financial Stability Board and Basel Committee standards.
