Shift Supervisor â?? Day Shift - (Easton, PA)

SUMMARY Improvement of product quality, yield, cycle time and cost on shift in alignment with area goals. Develop methodology to cultivate leadership and role development on the shift Work with manufacturing managers, engineers, and others to develop methods for production control, inventory management, or other relevant areas. Develop and monitor shift benchmarks and targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinate D Shift (Back-end nights) wafer fabrication, wafer finishing, and probe activities toward achieving targeted product quality, product yields and production cycle times. Lead shift in activities to improve shift efficiency, product yields, product cycle time and to reduce cost. Work as a team player with other wafer fab supervisors, manufacturing managers and sustaining engineers to achieve performance targets across shifts.
