Director of Subservicing Business Development - (Mt Laurel, NJ)

POSITION DETAILS: Support Mortgage Subservicing in achieving its subservicing portfolio/revenue growth forecast by providing effective business development strategies that drive new prospects and new client signings. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Sell PHH Subservicing solutions, including: o Strategically network through your own C-level contacts, mortgage industry conferences, and other avenues to provide subservicing leads and attract active client/prospect engagement o Maintain and disseminate reporting regarding pipeline and prospecting efforts o Coordinate, facilitate and conduct meetings and presentations with clients o Foster strong relationships with junior and senior level contacts at our clients o Identify opportunities and lead efforts to cultivate new business o Ensure subservicing subject matter ability, regarding competitive pricing
