Recruiting Specialist - Warehouse Positions - (Danbury, CT)

The Human Resources Coordinator will deliver full life cycle recruitment to meet and exceed recruitment goals and hiring manager expectations. Will be responsible for all staffing needs for the Northeast Region(Maine to NorthernVA)and assist inwarehouse and/or sales locations as required.This position will have an office in our Danbury, CT location. Build effective relationships with HR business partners, hiring managers and applicants to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process.RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively source applicants using internet resources, social media, employee referrals, direct-sourcing techniques and other creative methods.
