We are currently searching for an Account Underwriter to join our Intermediate Business Underwriting Team. Company features a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Position will be based out of our field office in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and pricing new and renewal business based on workplace standards and within granted underwriting authority. Requirements Applicants must have prior multi-line underwriting background, great communication abilities, solid computer knowledge, and the expertise to work as a team member. Applicants must also have the expertise to effectively manage a busy workload while exhibiting good judgment and must be willing to travel to assigned underwriting territory to develop agency relationships.
