Insurance Support Representative - (Peoria, IL)
JOB DETAILS Provides technical insurance support to the Underwriters, Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and clients by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Maintains and updates log of all new and renewal business within the team in the respective system: Quote Tracker, Synergy DM, Applied Epic and Siebel. * Inputs incoming applications into Siebel computer system and ensures completeness of data. * Sends renewal solicitations to existing clients. * Handles communication with insurance carriers throughout the renewal process. * Creates quote documents. * Reviews and processes money mail orders for new and renewal business (checks for accuracy and completeness). * Handles the data entry for issuance of policies and retrieves additional info when needed (i.e. - printing and mailing policies). * Sorts mail, indexes scanned mail, and distributes to appropriate underwriter if necessary.
