Insurance & Ancillary Relations Coordinator - (Madison, WI)
BASIC FUNCTION The Insurance & Ancillary Relations Coordinator is responsible to provide support to the operations (campus & rehabilitation) and finance teams to ensure verification of payor sources, management of internal changes and auditing of details submission. The Insurance & Ancillary Relations Coordinator will also be responsible for management of the electronic Point of Sale system including training, user setup, questions and issue solving. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Insurance Verification: Work with SNF and Rehab teams to ensure referrals for services have verified payor source to mitigate financial risk for Oakwood. This includes Medicare Part A & B authorization. 2.Data Input: Ensure updates occur in Financial Software when there is a resident/payor source status change and details match contractual obligation. 3.Customer Service: Provide info in timely and consistent manner ensuring requests are met and there is expertise for people to make an informed decision or give direction.
