Dillard's is seeking a full time Manager for their Aveda Salon & Spa in the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa, FL. Responsible for active recruiting to build staffing and guest count goals as well as increasing Salon productivity and retail goals. Must have 3-five years salon background and have a FL Cosmetologist license as there are some behind the chair hours. Aveda product knowledge and mathematical skills would definitely be an asset.
