General Responsibilities Overview As the Director, Background Design you lead our UX/UI Design efforts across the Web, Mobile Web, Mobile Apps, and alternative devices. Youll work together with executive partners and key stakeholders in product, technology, marketing and customer service to forge exceptional experiences across the entire portfolio of Hertz brands. A thought leader, youll raise the bar for excellence and foster a talented and passionate design community inspiring others. Mandatory Qualifications Core Responsibilities * Oversee UX, info architecture, and visual design for all mobile and web products. * Own the UX design process and deliverables including the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes and development-ready assets.
