Practice Quality Coordinator - (New Bedford, MA)

Under the direction of the Executive Director, Quality, perform diversified duties to support and in support of performance improvement within assigned Southcoast Health Network provider practices. Identify opportunities for performance improvement within numerous quality measures. Develop, implement and track progress of action plans. Provide support to assigned practices within scope of position in meeting all quality and efficiency goals. Maintain collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues to achieve performance goals and to help foster a positive work atmosphere.Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.An Associates Degree or the equivalent education and background in Business Administration, or a related healthcare field is required.
