JOB CODE: (041208) RN/Labor & Delivery (nights) LOCATION: Central Coast (CA) Located near beautiful Carmel Valley, this private non-profit community hospital voted best place to work for the past nine years, has a great opportunity for an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse willing to work a twelve hour night shift (3 nights per week). The unit is currently in transition from eight hour shifts to twelve hour shifts and initially, new hires will start out doing eight hour night shifts (4 nights per week) then will transition to twelve hour shifts (3 nights per week). Under the leadership of the department director, assistant director, nursing supervisor, and/or charge nurse, the registered nurse is responsible and accountable for planning directing, assessing and providing nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
