Architect and Interior Designer - (McLean, VA)

The perfect candidate shall provide Architect and Interior Design services. Services required include designreview, technical analysis, report preparation, project management, and cost estimating. The candidateshall provide Architects and Interior Designers to provide the following services: Project Management Services Performing space and architectural surveys, collecting user qualifications, and interfacing with Government project managers, building maintenance contractors, general contractors, and/or other personnel. Assisting with design reviews of Government projects. Developing high level cost for construction utilizing historical and research data. Preparing reports and other documentation, as necessary. Prior to design contract requests, gathering and defining customer's design qualifications and preparing solutions ranging from conceptual design to final design within established parameters.
