Infrastructure Engineer - (Marlborough, MA)

Skills/Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Citrix infrastructure layers: virtual, network, software, hardware, access. Advanced within common IT disciplines such Wintel/Desktops/Servers, Networking, Virtualization/VMware, Remote Desktop, Storage, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, SCCM, and Bi9. Image management for Windows desktop and/or server machines. Remote systems management (RDP, VNC, etc.) Versed in incident and problem management. Versed in enterprise change control principles and best practices. Knowledge of PowerShell or other Windows programming language a plus. Preferred to have understanding of Citrix NetScaler appliance. Background: 3+ years in a senior level info technology or technical support position. Preferred 5+ years related experience installing, building, and supporting Citrix infrastructure operations including familiarity with latest Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop software (v7.x)
