The operation has multiple batch and continuous polymer coating lines that primarily serve markets with high focus on quality. The successful applicant will not only have principal role for plant process engineering, but will also lead project engineering and possibly oversee related R and pilot plant activities. The individual will be a key member of the plant leadership team and should have an eye toward improving safe work practices, compliance, process optimization, plant reliability, and the overall capabilities of the operation.
