Senior Engineer - Switchgear Design - (Hamilton, OH)

SUMMARY The Senior Engineer position is responsible for overseeing executing power systems study and design projects from start to finish in compliance with industry and company standard practices and procedures. The Senior Engineer will review job/project specifications and changes, assist with the execution of the project and work with project managers to coordinate porejct specific resources. Additional assignments include providing both technical and sales support as needed to others inside the company. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Electrical Engineering computer skills and in the application of power systems apparatus, possibly developing a technical competency in specific equipment or systems. Able to perform complex and large power systems studies including arc flash studies, short circuit analysis, load flow analysis, and grounding and lightning protection studies.
