All calls must be translated accurately, and all call content must be held in strict confidence. Critical functions: * Ensures the effective translation between American Sign Language and English for relay calls. * Ensures the accurate translation of relay calls, and that all calls are processed quickly and without deliberate alteration of the messages. * Ensures that the team approach is utilized with relay operators and TIs to provide relay users with accurate, timely and outstanding communication.
