AGGREGATE QC MANAGER - Indiana (47408) and Kentucky (40232) - (2) - (Bloomington, IN)

$75,000 to $105,000 + 15% Management Incentive + vehicle + full relocation. Seeking two AGGREGATE QC MANAGERS - Bloomington, IN and Louisville, KY. Oversee the QC functions at seven quarries, 3 sand & gravel plants and one rail distribution yard in Indiana or four quarries in Kentucky. Responsible for designing and implementing QC standards and overseeing the inspection of production output to assure compliance with customer specifications. Managing and Developing QC Technicians and monitoring their work. Evaluating and recommending the resources necessary to meet quality goals. Assist in maintaining permits with environmental agencies. Participating on teams involved in developing DOT specifications. Required Education, Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology or related position of study. Will consider Associates degree and/or five - seven years of direct industry background.
