Plant Manager - Mining and Minerals Processing - Midwest Location - (Clayton, NC)

SUMMARY Manage the onsite construction of a sand processing facility including ground up construction of a dry plant, two trans-load sites and modifications to an existing wet plant facility. Plant Manager will be responsible for building an organization from the ground up, recommending organizational structure and then coordinating efforts with a corporate office based in Dallas. Coordinate all production related activities at sand mining and processing facility. Directly supervise all supervisors that will mine, process, and ship a quality product. Insure the highest level of safety standards are maintained. Provide technical assistance to improve processing procedures and equipment to maximize production and reduce cost. Track all costs and account for all variances between actual and planned cost. Develop operating and capital budgets to insure longterm viability of facility. MIDWEST US LOCATION. RESPONSIBILITIES
