Utility Maintenance Mechanic The NRV Regional Water Authority is seekingapplicants to join its organization as a Utility Maintenance Mechanic.The Utility Maintenance Mechanic assists inmaintaining and repairing specialized machinery and equipment in watertreatment plant, residuals management and water distribution facilities,machinery and equipment; does related work as required.High-school diploma or general education degree(GED) and any combination of education and/or background related to physicalplant, equipment maintenance or related position, including formal training inState and Federal OSHA qualifications, and at least 3 years of background inwater plant operations and maintenance is required.This is a full-time position that works on a fixedshift and emergencies which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.The position is subject to twenty-four (24)hour call as assigned.Starting annualsalary for this position is $40,289.60.
